Why am I not getting e-mails of questions posted to boards I subscribe to?

I use to get more than 100 a day. Then about two weeks ago they stopped. for the last 2-3 days started getting them again but only a few. this has happened several times in the past and it would take over a month before they would resume. Is anyone else having this issue? does anyone know what the cause might be (TT or ISP)?
