Why am i being charged if I didn't file my taxes with turbotax?

Did you use the program, and then file by mail?

for the online program, Turbo Tax does not charge you to FILE the return.  Whether you efile or paper file, turbo tax does not charge for either approach. 

it charges your to CREATE the return.
