Wrong answer. Cop out. I'm having the same issue.
How is Wells Fargo going to have an answer? They are providing the documents for import by Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax gives no information as to why the import was unsuccessful. How is anyone supposed to diagnose the problem? Don't provide answers that are incorrect, not complete, or cannot be substantiated with proof. It just pisses people off that paid $70 for Turbo Tax so they don't have to type in all the numbers manually for one of the largest financial institutions in the US.
