Which turbo Tax product do I need for filing a Joint return with income from two states and one W-2 marked "Statutory Employee"?

If you have any business expenses to deduct against the Statutory Employee income you will need to use TurboTax Home & Business.  If you don't have any business expenses, then you can start in Deluxe.  If necessary you can upgrade from within the program to Premier.
