Where to I enter my balance due paid electronically to the IRS before I mail my return?

I calculated my return,  using Turbo Tax Deluxe Desktop and had a balance due.   I went to the IRS web site and made that payment.   Do I now need to enter that before I file so that my return shows balance due zero?   If so, where/how?   Or do I file showing my balance due and the IRS will match that up with the payment I sent today?

You don't need to show on your tax return that the tax has been paid or how it's been paid. The IRS will match the tax due on your return with the payment using your name and SSN.
