Where to change explanation for amended return

I am amending my 2020 Tax to correct a mistake. When I did the final review, I got an error message "Hidden Federal Worksheet: Explanation of Changes has too many characters". It shows me a different form (state) and I can not find the entry to make the correction. Please advise.
