I received a 1095B and I want to know where to say I had insurance for the periods listed on the 1095B form ?

You do not enter anything from a 1095-B into TurboTax. The changes in the Affordable Care Act over the years made it unnecessary.
Then where do you enter that you had insurance coverage for the year on fed return form ??
You don't any more, because the penalty for not having insurance was reduced to zero several years ago.
There are some states that still require health insurance, but not the federal government.
