Where do i mail 1040?

I couldn't efile because I do not have a PIN so I am mailing in my CA state return and my 1040. Where do I mail these items? Originally the doc had an address but when I went back to print the instruction info had disappeared. Additionally, it printed two copies of my 1040, do I need to mail multiple copies?

The CA return probably needs a copy of the federal attached.   It will say it in the upper right corner of the first page of the 540..  
Don't forget to attach copies of any W2s that have federal withholding on them to the front of the 1040 tax return, it will show you on the left margin where to staple them. And don't forget to sign/date the returns before mailing.
