Where do I list my disabled dependent daughter's SSI and an insurance distribution if I am the head of household?

again she is my dependent. the federal form doesn't ask for a dependents income.

You do not report your dependent's income on your tax return.

If your daughter only received SSI benefits and an insurance payment, she is not required to file a tax return.
