where do i find the payers state id number

the gambling form asks for payers state id number, i dont have it

You can contact the entity that issued you the Form 1099-G to obtain the payer's state ID number. 

The amounts on Form 1099-G are reported to the taxing agencies and cross-referenced with the amounts that are reported on your tax return, so they should be properly reported.
