Where do I fill out form d400v

We paid $55 state taxes this year for 2015 that we owed. Where do I put this information?

The payment vouchers will print with your state tax return. You could also make a payment online, here: http://www.dor.state.nc.us/electronic/d400v.html

To print your return:

1. Sign in to TurboTax Online (can't? Go here) then Continue your/take me to my return 
   
   Note: If you already filed your return, you won't see any orange/blue icon. Instead, go to Tax Timeline, then Add a state (you don't really have to add one).
   
   
2. Choose My Account in the right corner, then Print Center 
3.  Print, save or preview this year's return (note: this feature may requirement payment)
