Where do I enterthe1099 Misc that I filed for a personal chef?

You don't get a deduction for having a caretaker/personal chef.

Furthermore, individuals do not issue 1099-miscs. Only businesses do that; then take the deduction on Schedule C

Why did you pay it? and why did you issue a 1099? If it was a business expense, "contract labor"  or "other expenses" are the most likely entry points

I do not file a schedule C. I am retired and this person is a caretaker/personal chef
