Where do i enter rentback income in turbotax

If your property is your primary home and you just rented it to the seller before you moved in, it is not rental property.  you did not purchase this property with the intent to rent.  You would enter the income as other income on Line 21 of your 1040.

To enter this type of income:   go to Wages and Income tab, and select Other Common Income section. Miscellaneous Income, Other reportable Income, Other taxable income.
