Where do I calculate NJ Retirement Exclusion? Last year I got a corrected return owing tax from them and again this year, TurboTax says I owe NO tax for NJ?

In the Federal section, select Wages & Income. Scroll to locate Retirement Plans and Social Security. Select Start or Revisit next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).

Filling out Ga. state taxes when the page shows $11000 + under railroad retirement exclusion amounts. I don’t know where this number originates. Can anyone explain this?
