Where can i manually place the bank FEIN number or TIN number?

TurboTax only collects needed information to prepare your return. 

For example, if you are inputting a Form 1099-INT, TurboTax won't provide an entry field for the bank's Federal ID number because it's not required.

If you are entering information for direct deposit of your refund, you would just need the bank's routing number and your account number. If you don't know the bank's 9 digit routing number, it should be locatable in an online search.
