Where can I find the extension that was filed with my business taxes

I filed an extension in the Business Tax program I paid for but I have never seen an actual filed form. I need the actual form. I've gone to Turbotax.com, there is nothing in documents. I've gone to the Turbo Tax document, no form. This is unacceptable.
