When will we be able to report cryptocurrency taxes for 2018? Also, will form 8949 be supported?

You've always been able to report the sales of cryptocurrencies in TurboTax, as long as there's been such a thing as cryptocurrencies.  (I ASSUME you're referring to reporting sales of cryptocurrencies as you referred to Form 8949.)  You simply tell TurboTax that you're reporting sales NOT reported on a 1099-B and the trades will appear in the correct spots of Form 8949, either as "C" (short term) or "F" trades.

The IRS won't even accept any 2018 income tax returns until January 29, 2019 and there's no "first come, first served" order as to how income tax returns are processed.  TurboTax has a list of when forms will be available here:

1/29 was last year's start date ... where have you seen this year's start date?
