First it was mid-February.
Then it was "end of February."
March.
Every Friday, the goal post kept moving.
And here we all are on March 23rd.
Frustrated. Disappointed. Weary.
A small community of people who feel betrayed by a company many of them had trusted for years. Is it the fault of the IRS for changing the tax forms late in the game? Is it the fault of the company for not managing resources, expectations, and their development team correctly? Or are we at fault for trusting a company to do what they promised in a timely manner
We have a lot of money pending. Some of us owe. Some of us are waiting on refunds. But we're held in limbo by TurboTax.
Please fix this.
