When try to submit after signing, it will not submit. Oops comes up and says to try again? Any advice on that?

When try to submit after signing, it will not submit. Oops comes up and says to try again? Any advice on that?

Yes, there are a couple of things you should try to help you submit your tax returns.

 

First, try to delete cookies on your computer.  This may resolve the issue and allow you to log back in and file.

Second, make sure you have turned pop-up blockers off as this could also cause issues while filing.

Then, go ahead and follow the steps in how do I e-file my tax return to guide you.
