When I sign on it doesn't let me select delux product that i bought at the store

I don't have the option of buying deluxe online

The card included in the box that you purchased has all of the instructions to download the program that you bought. You will need to download it to a computer.

If you wanted to use the online product then you should return the unopened box to the store where you bought it and go to the online service here. Than you can continue through that way.
