When I open TurboTax it is treating me like a new customer, and shows no return. Does anyone know where it might be?

I prepared and printed the return on a new desktop computer and filed electronically.   I discovered yesterday that it was never received by the IRS

When I open TurboTax it is treating me like a new customer, and shows no return. Does anyone know where it might be?

Yes, if you are working in TurboTax Online, sometimes your browser just signs you in, and it takes you back to the beginning as if you never started your return. 

 

If this happens to you in TurboTax Online, sign out. This will bring you back to where you sign in. If it shows you more than one user name, select the user name you are using this year and sign in again.

 

If after you sign in, you aren't seeing the spot where you left off, select the section you were working on, Income, Deductions, etc. This will bring you to a list of topics and you should be able to find your spot from there.
