When filing an amended return, how to attach a corrected 1099?

When electronically transmitting an amended 2023 return, how to attach or include the corrected 1099.  I have changed the numbers on the 1099 DIV sheet but I can't change the details (additonal stocks added when corrected).  The program says I have to include the corrected 1099.  It is not big money, $4 overpayment for both Federal and state. (to be refunded to me).

If you Efile an Amended Return, you can't attach any documents.  You would need to mail your amendment to do that.

You would enter the corrected 1099-DIV info into that section in TurboTax.

Did you receive a corrected 1099-DIV from the payor?   Remember that the IRS has copies of the 1099-DIV's, so you don't want to just make your own corrections without some documentation.
