When entering income I am getting two different job titles even though all income should be under one. can someone tell me why my business name only shows under 1 1099?

When I enter my 1099-NEC's one of them is being listed with my business name while the other 3 are showing as the type of work.  When I click on to edit though, they also show the business name listed, but it does not carryover.
