Try this to see if this will allow you to import this 1099.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please reach back out here in the thread and someone will follow up with the next steps.
Having this problem now. This is intrusive and should not be necessary. Will try a different computer.
If you continue to have difficulties with the import feature, and you have a paper copy of the 1099-B, you can enter the data manually by group rather than on a transaction-by-transaction basis. This may not be the ideal solution for you as most would prefer a direct import but this does work. The following screen shows the grouping and your 1099-B will show the transactions per group:
Enter the totals for each group, such as short-term covered, short-term non-covered, etc., and that will enter the data on to Schedule D and/or Form 8949.
The IRS is more concerned with the totals than the individual transactions.
I have had this issue using TurboTax 2022 Premier with Uphold. Coinbase uploaded ok...what shall I do?
Uphold is not on our current list of partners who can import with.
In this instance, you would need to manually enter the 1099. @mbed
If Uphold is not supported, why does it tell people to try again in a few hours? It sounds like the error message is misleading, and needs to be fixed.
I will send it up to our team so they can look into this. I checked our list or partners again today and it is not showing. @albastev
