Solved: What time are taxes due

Are they due at 12:00am the 17th before the 18th? or can I submit ON the 18th before midnight?

You can submit on the 18th before midnight but be aware that your return must be accepted by then for your payment to go through. Taxes must be paid by April 18th to avoid a penalty and interest.
