You have one job.

I have been using Turbotax for 20 years, and in the last 5, the quality of the software has gone to complete **bleep**.
Validation errors with no updates available... forms that supposedly will be fixed on one date that then tell you it'll be another 2 weeks... deciding to forego an owed refund because your ENTIRE RETURN is being held up by a $100 credit... and then finding out that the entire e-file system is broken.

You have one job.
And you're failing.
