What is the tax exemption for withholding on my W4

What did you indicate on your W-4 at work? if you marked "exempt", you were telling your employer not tot withhold tax.n If you put "zero" exemptions, they will take the most out, "one", they will take less which means smaller refund, but more in each paycheck.
