What is the gross income limit for filing taxes in Maryland if you are 65?

If over age 65, the Maryland gross income filing requirements are as follows based on your filing status :

  • Single: $13,600
  • Head of Household: $19,600
  • Married FIling Joint/Qualifying Widow: $26,600
  • Married Filing Separate: $5
