What is confirm payment in file section. Will I pay something? Or will be paid my taxes?

In the File section, you are asked to confirm either the method you will use to pay your tax if you owe, or the method you wish to use to receive your refund, such as by direct deposit.

If you choose to pay your TurboTax fees from your refund, there will be a charge deducted from your refund by the bank that handles that service.
