You can set up a payment plan to pay your taxes, see this link - Can't Pay Now?

You can either use the IRS website above, or do it through TurboTax. If you do it through the IRS website, just tell TurboTax you are mailing a check to get your return processed without going through the payment plan screens in TurboTax.
