What do I put for providers zip code?? I don’t even know what that is

I tired to submit my Tax Return and the “Need some information on Providers Zipcode” popped up….

Please clarify your question.

Unfortunately, we can't see your tax return to to evaluate your problem.   I'll have to ask you a couple of questions.

I can think of two places that may require a "Provider Zip Code"

1. If you are requesting the child or dependent care credit.
   1. You will need all of the provider's information.
2. If you have any documents that show income:
   1. W-2, 1099-R, 1099-Div etc.
   2. They will have provider information including zip code on them
3. Is there any indication of what form it relates to?
