In general:
- Get an envelope to mail the tax returns
- Find the address to mail the tax returns (federal and state). For federal, visit https://www.irs.gov/uac/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment
- Make sure you put on your return address
- Go to local USPS and have them weight the envelopes and by the correct postage.
