What do I do to allow QR code to be accessed by Turbotax

I have created an account with Turbotax, I am at the point of scanning the QR code, and I need to allow access to my camera, but don't know how?

1.  Turn on phone

2.  Access the camera

3.  Place the camera so that the QR code shows on the camera screen

4.  Click in the link that appears in the camera

That should work.  If you get a message asking to allow access to camera, click to allow
