What a pain in the a--! I just completed the simplest tax on TurboTax, but at the end it says: Not eligible for Electronic Filing ...

Are the details correct? You have no income? If no income and no taxes there is no apparent reason to file. If there is another reason to file a return, you must mail the return to the IRS with an explanation.
