If you're saying that you have a report of the income you received in 2016, but you don't have the actual 1099-MISC then just enter the total from the report you have. It is always advisable to get the tax documents, but if you have the exact numbers that would be present on the form...just use your report to enter the total. The Form 1099-MISC is not sent in with the tax return anyway.
