We've Hit A Snag

I'm trying to file my son's tax return. Did this last year, no problem. This year, I try to file, and pay for filing fees with a credit card, and continue to get "hmm....we've hit a snag" - and cannot complete the payment. Called customer service, on the phone for nearly two hours. Was told I'd get a call back - no return call, issue is not resolved. Paid for the product, this shouldn't be an issue. Your website offers ZERO solutions. What is the resolution to this problem? Do not say "clear cookies" or "restart your PC" - it's all been done, and other users have had the same issue with no success. 

 

Does anyone know what the actual solution here is? I've completely lost my patience here.
