Yes, you can get this message for a variety of  issues. 

 

First of all, please make sure you are connected to the internet. If you have a slow or intermittent connection, it can cause this problem. 

 

Next, sign out of TurboTax, clear your cache and cookies, close your browser and wait about one minute. Relaunch your browser, sign in and try again. Follow this link for instructions to clear cache & cookies. 

 

If that doesn't work, please respond back with details of what part of the program you are in when this happens, and what browser you're using.
