Was working fine, then suddenly it fails to update and can't restart the program.

Everything was working properly including updates and then today when I tried to open program it tried to update and failed. A Windows Installer 1603 error. And it fails to restart the program. Have to go to the start menu and restart from there. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall and now it says there is a cab file missing in the DAT1 file...so it won't install fresh either. Tried initial download and recent one with same results. Tried to update previous years to see if it was something in Windows and found out 2020 updates and acts normally but yrs 21-24 all give the 1603 installer error. Will try to call customer support and see if there is a fix...not hopeful.
