What is the best way to fill out a W-4 for a part-time job? I want to maximize the take home on each check and I'm not the sole breadwinner.

Unfortunately with the new W4 there are few options. With your situation, you must pay special attention to steps 2 and 4. In these sections is where you'll be able to indicate the nature of your job. Keep an eye on your pay stub, and come back and adjust/re-fill your W4, if you are not satisfied with the withholding.
