Received a W-2G from another state but no state taxes were withheld. Do I still need to file a nonresident return? They have the state I'm in in the first identification (Box 11)

You may need to -- it depends on how much you made and what the state's filing requirements are.

Most states have set minimum amounts of income which require you to file a state return, often different than what's required for filing a federal return.
