Using this tax software, how am i able to enter in fields that the software doesnt get me to? Specifically D400 Schedule PN, column B and Line 21&22?

Line 21 is the total of your modified income that you entered in the program  If those lines are wrong, revisit these entries. 

As you go through the program, you will see a screen that says Part-Year and Nonresident Income, continue. Wages will show and you have to select the correct answer as to resident, part year, nonresident, or NOT NC income. Continue going through your income allocating resident vs nonresident amounts.
