I bought Deluxe version from Costco, installed it. Everything worked fine until I discovered I needed to upgrade to Premier. I bought the upgrade, but it doesn't show up.
I removed the app, cleared related Keychain entries, and did a fresh re-installed.
Upon re-install it didn't ask for the new KEY. It seems to remember the old key which is tied to the original Deluxe desktop version. UGH.
How to I get the new Premier version to run??

Under Help
Select "Switch Product"
Select Activate new product
This will cause the current version to quit.
Then, when you manually re-start the program, it will ask for the new activation code,
which I had gotten when I purchased the upgrade.
So I did get it to work.
But WOW, this could (and should) have been SO MUCH EASIER.
When a user buys and upgrade, the flow should automatically perform the upgrade
or at least describe the steps required.
I had to call the support number to get this worked out.
