Unsuccessful importing tax documents from Merrill Lynch after successful logins & allowed share data with Merrill Lynch
In TurboTax Home & Business 2025, I was able to select "Merrill" from the list of banks or brokerages and was able to login successfully when requested. Then I selected my Merrill's account and hit the Continue button. Then I was able to provide consent on sharing data with Merrill Lynch by putting a check mark on "....Share my data..." statement and hit "Share my data" button to continue. Then the new page is displayed. This page contained Merrill Lynch website link, phone number, some statements, an option to turn On/Off for auto download if file is available, and an OK button. On this page I then turned on the option for auto download and hit Ok button, but it didn't do anything after that. There is no download or import and no status at all. I have tried this process several times already and all were unsuccessful. I even changed to a different browser (Chrome or Firefox) and disabled virus software or firewall, then same unsuccessful results. I was able to import from Bank of America and Charles Schwab successfully, but not Merrill Lynch. Maybe my TurboTax data is not ready even though my PDF file is available now for downloading from Merrill website.
