unselect list of accounts to import from financial institute

I have multiple accounts with Chase, including mortgage accounts. When I tried to import my 1099s, I selected my mortgage accounts, and now while the importing part, happening in the browser, seems to work fine, the turbotax 2023 program on my windows 10 just crashed trying to handle those imported data.

My problem is now that the list of accounts to be imported includes the mortgage account, and the account check mark is greyed out such that I cannot uncheck it.  Now the turbo tax program has 100% crash when I try to import from Chase. (I think somewhere in .net framework code). Is there someway we can uncheck the mortgage account so I don't need to import that?

I need to login to my chase account, and modify my sharing selection. After uncheck the mortgage account from chase side, turbo tax can import fine.
