Unemployment overpayment for 2020

Still have not received correction for over paying unemployment in 2020

Filed joint with wife. Wife received $9,400 in U/E benefits. Payed tax on that amount in 2020 and have not seen adjustment and additional refund for overpayment. Do I need to amend return?

Unemployment repayment- not sure what amount to state that I paid back since I opted for my taxes to be withheld at the time that I would be paid
