Undertermined Term Transactions. Doesn't give me an option for this catagory, but the 1099-B is showing it as a sale.

I think what you mean is that you have an investment sale listed on a form 1099-B and the acquired date is not listed, so you don't know if it is long term or short term. If so, you need to find out when you acquired the security on your own as you need to list the acquisition date to determine if it is short term (held one year or less) or long term (held one year or more.)
