Unable to proceed past US travel section

The software does not allow me to declare I travelled to the USA and did not work while there. It says the minimum value I must enter for each trip is 1 day of business, but that is not correct.

I called customer support but then was cut off and I have not received a call back.

Remove the 0s here and leave those fields blank. This should resolve the error.

While on final section , and mine is free, it will not proceed any further, keeps telling me to check my internet ,refresh, etc. Have tried all these, now what?
