I have an Ally investment brokerage account. the clearing work was done by Apex Clearing.
I followed the Ally instruction: Apex User Id is my account id and Password is my SSN without dash.
I got the error message that "1099 forms not available for [my account number]" when i tried to import 1099B in TT.
Any suggestions?

most likely the forms are not ready. I know that in some cases the forms won't be available until the end of February. contact your broker to see if this is the case.

Spoke to an Ally associate on Feb. 15, @ that time he said the problem "will be resolved within 1 week". he attributed the problem to Turbotax!
Thanks. Looks like they delay every year.
was able to import my Ally 1099B from Apex Clearing by entering Acct # only (without 10 preceding) and SS#. wish i'd known.
