I have two lines:
Employer ID for unemployment state tax only
Employer ID for state tax only.
Both in 16 is my total earned income from employer.
How do I go about this so that TurboTax don't make me owe any extra money?

Can you clarify what type of Form you are referring to?
Do you have a W-2 Wage form for wages earned as an employee or is it a 1099-G form for unemployment?

I didn't get any 1099-G.
However, turbotax on phone said to merge the two. So I did.
