If there are any boxes with zero, please leave those blank in TurboTax. If you have entered a 0, please backspace over it and be sure there are no number, decimal points or characters in those fields. If most of the lines across are the same, you can use the blue copy previous month button to enter it again.
If that does not resolve the message, this TurboTax FAQ has information about this message in Form 1095-A, a work around and a click-for-email-notification link, at the bottom.

I did this, and my Fed return was rejected for incomplete information on the 1095-A. They didn't want to see the blanks, they wanted zeroes. Turbotax won't let me e-file with zeroes in those boxes.
I'm having the same problem. It keeps rejecting the zeroes in the boxes where I no longer had ACA and in column B & C, which are 0.00 on the form.
Leave those fields or any box with a 0 - blank. Delete everything out of those zero boxes and only enter non-zero numbers into the form on TurboTax. @lgkidsbook
I’m having the same problem I tried 0.00 and just 0 I tried leaving them playing, but it says value must be greater than zero because on the last month the first two boxes are zero dollars but the last one has an amount in it and it won’t let me get past that it just keeps saying, enter a value greater than zero or….
Leave the columns blank that shows zero where you did not have healthcare coverage through the Healthcare Market.
I would like you to check what you have posted by following the steps below provided by JohnB5677:
If the program continues to give you an error after leaving the columns blank, then delete Form 1095-A. After deleting the form, re-enter the form in the Health Insurance section manually.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on Delete a form
So I did my taxes they got rejected because they didn't ask for my 1095-a and it won't let me put the info in not even asken for it and I have it right here.
